IE 10 Fails to Comply with User Privacy Do Not Track

Isn't it amazing how such a technological giant like Microsoft cannot seem to develop programs that are bug free and that comply with the legalities of information technology.
The latest browser feature “Do Not Track” is supposed to protect users from advertisers and websites that install tracking cookies by giving the user the option to disallow such cookies. Is it in the interest of Microsoft to do so if the majority of users will probably stop those cookies?
No, it is not. There is no reason that they should not be able to do so except that it is not in their interest to do so. The money making giant Microsoft has developed numerous versions of Internet Explorer and each of those have always had bugs or "defects" that endanger the users.
IE has also been a thorn for website developers as it continues to evade or ignore programming standards that other major browsers such as Chrome, Opera, and Mozilla Fire Fox.
Microsoft should consider trashing IE and offering a real and independent web browser as part of its software.
